Whether it's a quick reminder, key updates, or important feedback, the notes feature makes it easy to document key details about an employee.

Microsoft Teams integration
Connect your Microsoft Teams account to Aboard in order to receive notifications directly to your Teams account. Here, you can view and manage time-off requests, as well use one of your existing channels to display your employees’ birthdays and work anniversaries.

Scheduled Custom Reports
Delve further into your company’s performance with customizable reports into Time-off, Employees, and Devices. For each, you can create reports with various filters such as departments and workplaces, then choose from a wide range of data columns to expand your insights. Once saved, you can then schedule your report to be e-mailed to you at the start or end of each month.

Document read approval
Want to ensure that your employees have read an important document? You can now send documents directly to all employees and request that they mark a document as “approved” once read. In your new Approvals tab, you can be notified and keep an eye on who has approved your new document.

Available both on the Admin and Employee portal, your teams can now explore an interactive org chart to see the structure of your company and who works in which department.

Now you can set up an internal reporting channel to comply with EU Whistleblowing Directive. Activating and configuring this feature is a straightforward process accessible through the admin settings. Once activated, all members of the company can generate anonymous reports according to your chosen categories. Subsequently, your administrators can manage these reports in an appropriate manner.

With Posts, you can now send out important information or news to all employees within the company. Each published Post is accessible on the Portal, ensuring that every employee can stay up-to-date with the company communication.
